Über dieses Sortiment
Motor: Kolben, Ventile, Dichtsätze
Beim 250er Viertakt-Enduro hängt die Lebensdauer am Ventiltrieb und am Luftfilter, nicht am Kolben allein. Wenn der Kopf ohnehin ab ist, lohnt der Blick auf Sitze und Federn, statt nur den einen undichten Ventilteller zu tauschen. Wer die Kurbelwelle öffnet, nimmt Pleuel, Lager und Dichtsätze gleich mit.
Antrieb ist der breiteste Bereich
Ritzel, Kettenräder, Ketten und Kettenführungen stellen bei der EC 250F den größten Block. Ritzel, Kettenrad und Kette gehören gemeinsam getauscht, nicht einzeln.
Verschleiß im Gelände
Luftfilter, Bremsbeläge, Gabelsimmerringe, Kühlerschutz und Kunststoff. Im Enduro-Einsatz ist der sauber geölte Luftfilter der billigste Motorschutz, den es gibt — ein trocken gefahrener Filter lässt genau das durch, was den Kolben ruiniert.

Der Zylinder-Service läuft über die Hubraumklasse und ist Arbeit an deinem Bauteil, kein Versandteil. Bring den Zylinder vorbei, dann messen wir ihn.
