Über dieses Sortiment
Motor: Kolben, Ventile, Dichtsätze
Beim 350er Viertakter ist der Ventiltrieb das Thema, auf das man schauen sollte, bevor es teuer wird. Wenn der Kopf ohnehin ab ist, lohnt der Blick auf Sitze und Federn, statt nur den einen undichten Ventilteller zu tauschen. Kolben gibt es einzeln und als Top-End-Kit mit Dichtsätzen; das Kit ist richtig, wenn der Motor sowieso geöffnet wird.
Kühlung im Gelände
Oversize-Kühler sind bei einer Enduro kein Tuning-Spielzeug: Wer viel im langsamen Gelände oder bei Hitze unterwegs ist, hat mit mehr Kühlerfläche weniger Probleme. Kühlerschutz gehört in jedem Fall dazu.
Antrieb und Verschleiß
Ritzel, Kettenräder, Ketten und Kettenführungen, dazu Luftfilter, Bremsbeläge und Kunststoff. Ritzel, Kettenrad und Kette gehören gemeinsam getauscht, nicht einzeln. Im Enduro-Einsatz ist der sauber geölte Luftfilter der billigste Motorschutz, den es gibt.
Aus der Werkstatt
Der Zylinder-Service läuft über die Hubraumklasse und ist Arbeit an deinem Bauteil, kein Versandteil. Bring den Zylinder vorbei, dann messen wir ihn, statt dass du das Maß schätzt.
