Über dieses Sortiment
Motor und Luftweg
Beim 250er-Viertakter entscheidet der Luftweg über die Lebensdauer. Luftfilter und Airbox-Teile liegen hier als eigene Position, dazu Zylinder- und Dichtungsteile aus dem Motorbereich. Wenn du den Filter tauschst, nimm den passenden Filterhalter gleich mit, damit der Dichtsitz wieder sauber trägt.
Antrieb und Ergonomie
Kettenräder und Ritzel von AFAM, dazu Kettenführungen und Kettenschleifer. Auf der Ergonomieseite stehen Fußrasten, Bremspedale, Hebel und Griffschutz. Wer an der Übersetzung dreht, sollte Ritzel und Kettenrad als Satz denken und die Kettenlänge mitrechnen.
Kunststoff und Schutz
Polisport und S3 decken Kunststoffteile, Motorschutz, Kühlerschutz und Schwingenschutz ab. Diese Teile sind die günstigste Versicherung gegen Folgeschäden am Rahmen, am Kühler und am Kupplungsdeckel.
Aus der Werkstatt
Ein hochdrehender 250er-Viertakter verliert Startwilligkeit lange vor dem Leistungsverlust. Wenn die Maschine warm schlechter anspringt als kalt, miss zuerst das Ventilspiel am Einlass, bevor du an Zündung, Vergaser oder Einspritzung suchst. Der Einlass wandert bei diesen Motoren schneller als der Auslass, und ein zu kleines Spiel sieht im Fahrbetrieb genau wie ein Zündproblem aus.
