Verschleiß und Ergonomie
Tecnium ist der größte Posten: Bremsbeläge, Kupplungsteile, Dichtungssätze, Gabelsimmerringe, Gaszüge. Dazu Lenker, Lenkerklemmungen, Hebel, Griffe und Fußrasten von Scar Racing, Luftfilter von Twin Air, Antrieb von AFAM.
Motor
Zylinderkopf-Kits von VHM, Kolben von ProX, Vertex und Wössner, Top-End-Kits von Vertex, Dichtsätze von Athena. Dazu das BYG Engine Tuning in drei Stufen und der Zylinder-Service für 85-ccm-Zweitakter.
Auspuff und Kunststoff
Krümmer, Endschalldämpfer und Komplettanlagen von Doma Racing und HGS. Kunststoffteile, Kotflügel und Kühlerschutz von UFO, Griffe und Dekor von Blackbird Racing.
Aus der Werkstatt
In der 85er-Klasse wird der Motor härter gefordert als in jeder anderen Nachwuchsklasse, weil die Fahrer schon schnell sind und die Maschine noch wenig Reserve hat. Wer den Kolben tauscht, soll den Zylinder im selben Arbeitsgang beurteilen lassen. Und beim Zylinderkopf gilt: Mehr Verdichtung macht den Motor nicht besser, sondern anders.
