Kunststoff und Optik
UFO ist der größte Posten mit Komplett-Plastik-Kits, Kotflügeln, Startnummerntafeln und Kühlerschutz, ergänzt um Kunststoff von Polisport und Griffe und Dekor von Blackbird Racing.
Verschleiß und Antrieb
Tecnium deckt Bremsbeläge, Kupplungsteile, Dichtungssätze und Gabelsimmerringe ab, AFAM den Antrieb mit Ketten, Kettenrädern und Ritzeln, Twin Air die Luftfilter, Scar Racing Lenker, Hebel und Fußrasten.
Motor und Auspuff
Kolben von ProX, Wössner und Vertex, dazu Krümmer und Endschalldämpfer von Doma Racing und der Zylinder-Service aus eigener Werkstatt.
Aus der Werkstatt
Die YZ 250 ist mechanisch ehrlich: Sie zeigt an, wenn etwas nicht stimmt, bevor sie es bezahlt. Wer auf den Druckpunkt der Kupplung und auf das Startverhalten achtet, merkt den anstehenden Kolbenwechsel, ohne den Motor zu öffnen. Beim Kettensatz lohnt sich die komplette Erneuerung, weil eine gelängte Kette das neue Kettenrad in wenigen Trainings mitnimmt.
