Motor und Dichtungen
Pleuel, Zylinderdichtsätze, Kurbelwellenlager und Zylinderköpfe stehen einzeln zur Verfügung. Beim Zweitakter lohnt es, beim Top-End-Service den kompletten Dichtsatz zu nehmen. Eine wiederverwendete Fußdichtung ist die häufigste Ursache für Falschluft nach einer Motorarbeit.
Antrieb
Kettenräder, Ritzel und Ketten von AFAM. Wer die Übersetzung an langsames Gelände anpasst, ändert damit auch die Kettenspannung über den Federweg, deshalb nach dem Umbau die Kette im eingefederten Zustand prüfen.
Ergonomie und Schutz
Fußrasten von S3 und Scar Racing, Hebel, Lenkerklemmungen und Kunststoffteile von Polisport. Bei einer Maschine, die viel umfällt, sind Hebel und Rasten Verbrauchsteile.
Aus der Werkstatt
Beim Top-End-Service am Zweitakter baue die Auslasssteuerung mit aus und reinige sie. Die Walze und ihre Lagerung setzen sich mit Ölkohle zu, und eine klemmende Steuerung nimmt dir Drehmoment unten heraus, ohne dass die Kompression schlechter wird. Das ist der Fehler, der nach einem frischen Kolben am häufigsten übrig bleibt.
Baujahr vor der Bestellung klären
