Verschleiß und Ergonomie
Tecnium deckt Bremsbeläge, Kupplungsteile und Dichtungssätze ab, Scar Racing liefert Lenker, Hebel, Griffe und Fußrasten, Twin Air die Luftfilter, AFAM den Antrieb.
Motor
Zylinderkopf-Kits von VHM, Kolben von Vertex, ProX und Wössner, Dichtsätze von Athena. Dazu das BYG Engine Tuning und der Zylinder-Service für 50-ccm-Zweitakter.
Auspuff
Endschalldämpfer und Anlagen von HGS, baujahresgenau zugeordnet.
Aus der Werkstatt
Eine 50er wird selten kaputtgefahren, aber oft falsch gewartet. Der häufigste Fehler ist ein zu trockener Luftfilter: Wer ihn nur ausschüttelt statt frisch einzuölen, lässt feinen Staub durch, und in dieser Hubraumklasse reicht wenig, um den Kolben zu kosten. Der zweite Punkt ist das Gemisch. Lieber nach Herstellerangabe mischen als nach Gefühl.
