Verschleiß und Ergonomie
Tecnium stellt den größten Block mit Bremsbelägen, Kupplungsteilen und Dichtungssätzen. Dazu Lenker, Hebel, Griffe und Fußrasten von Scar Racing, Luftfilter von Twin Air, Antrieb von AFAM und Griffe von Blackbird Racing.
Motor
Zylinderkopf-Kits von VHM, Kolben von Vertex, ProX und Wössner, Dichtsätze von Athena. Dazu das BYG Engine Tuning und der Zylinder-Service für 50-ccm-Zweitakter aus unserer Werkstatt.
Auspuff
Endschalldämpfer und Anlagen von HGS, baujahresgenau zugeordnet. Die Spanne steht in jedem Produkttitel.
Aus der Werkstatt
Bei der 50er entscheidet die Fliehkraftkupplung über Fahrbarkeit und Haltbarkeit. Sie arbeitet bei jedem Start, und wenn sie müde wird, merkt man es am schleppenden Antritt, nicht am Geräusch. Zweiter Punkt: Eine 50er wird oft mehr geschoben und getragen als gefahren. Prüf die Kettenspannung trotzdem vor jedem Trainingstag, weil eine lose Kette bei den kleinen Kettenrädern besonders schnell abspringt.
