Kunststoff und Antrieb
UFO stellt Komplett-Plastik-Kits, Kotflügel, Startnummerntafeln, Kühlerschutz und Kettenschienen, Polisport ergänzt mit Kunststoff und Hebeln. AFAM liefert Ketten, Kettenräder und Ritzel in mehreren Zähnezahlen.
Ergonomie und Verschleiß
Lenker, Lenkerklemmungen, Hebel, Griffe und Fußrasten von Scar Racing, Luftfilter von Twin Air, Bremsbeläge und Kupplungsteile von Tecnium.
Motor und Auspuff
Kolben und Top-End-Kits von ProX und Vertex, Zylinderkopf-Kits von VHM, Dichtsätze von Athena, Kurbelwellenteile von Hot Rods, die V-Force Membran von Moto Tassinari. Auspuff von Doma Racing und HGS, dazu der Zylinder-Service aus eigener Werkstatt.
Aus der Werkstatt
Bei einem 300er Zweitakter entscheidet die Übersetzung mehr über die Fahrbarkeit als jedes Motorteil. Ein Zahn mehr am Kettenrad macht die Maschine im technischen Gelände deutlich handlicher, kostet aber oben heraus. Wer die Zähnezahl ändert, muss die Kettenlänge und den Sitz im Gleitstück mitprüfen, sonst arbeitet die Kette schief über das Rad.
